Alexander Palmqvist

Alexander is a co-founder focusing on investments. A real estate and private equity professional with 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate development and investments. Recently as Head of Transactions at the Swedish private real estate investor Serafim where he led the origination and asset management of five funds. During his assignment, he was also a key component in restructuring portfolios and got involved in several residential and industrial developments. Before Serafim, Alexander held the position as a Senior Associate at the Hamburg-based investment advisory group Angermann and worked as a project manager both within Nordic and pan-European transactions. He has experience working in all major segments with a recent focus on residential, logistic, and industrial transactions, developments, and asset management and has done deals in both private and public settings. Alexander is deeply passionate about addressing societal challenges and is a firm believer that the obsolete way of tackling the residential crisis in the Nordics and beyond needs to radically change and is driven to be part of it from the inside and out, making a real social impact for his generation and the next ones to come.

Double degree, Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance and Chargé d’Affaires Internationales from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France.
