Karl-Benno Nagy
Karl brings the mindset of a builder, the discipline of an investor, and the patience of a long-term owner — exactly the combination needed to scale social infrastructure that can survive cycles and compound over decades.

Karl Benno Nagy is a German-Hungarian entrepreneur, investor, and long-term platform builder with extensive experience across real estate, land investment, infrastructure, natural resources, and impact-driven ventures.
Karl spent more than a decade with Walton Group of Companies as President Walton Europe, where he worked within one of the world’s leading land investment and real estate asset management platforms. Walton is focused on pre-development land, land banking, real estate investment, asset management, and development, serving investors, landowners, builders, and developers across international markets.
At Living Impact, Karl brings a rare combination of real estate investment experience, entrepreneurial execution, capital markets understanding, and long-term ownership thinking. His background strengthens Living Impact’s ambition to build a Nordic social infrastructure platform focused on affordable living, shared ownership housing, and care-related real estate.
As Founder and Principal of KABENA Group, Karl has continued to build and invest across sustainable infrastructure, strategic resources, clean technology, and impact platforms. His work spans future-critical sectors including energy, health, infrastructure, natural resources, and sustainability — all connected by a clear belief that capital should build assets that matter for generations.
Karl’s experience is especially relevant to Living Impact’s mission: identifying structural needs, turning them into investable platforms, and scaling hard-asset strategies with long-term societal value.
