We are now looking for a VP Investments to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking investment professional with deep experience in real estate, capital markets, and fund strategy. You will lead deal execution, portfolio strategy, underwriting, and investor presentations—directly shaping the investment direction of one of the most scalable and socially impactful real estate platforms in the Nordics.

What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Strong background in deal structuring, underwriting, acquisitions, and investment management.
- Proven experience working on buy-side transactions, fund investments, or real estate portfolios.
- Based in the Nordics (or willing to relocate), with frequent access to our Oslo HQ.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Comfortable in the trenches—able to run deals, models, and negotiations end-to-end.

Responsibilities
As VP Investments, you will:
Lead investment underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Build investment memos and presentations for internal committees and external investors.
Support capital raising with compelling investor materials and deal packaging.
Drive portfolio strategy across housing and social infrastructure verticals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source, analyze, and close new investments.
