Living Impact is building the leading shared-ownership housing platform in the Nordics—combining real estate private equity, structured finance, and investment-grade product design. With a multi-billion NOK pipeline, top-tier developer partnerships, and an FSA-licensed platform, we are scaling an asset class with institutional demand and clear regulatory tailwinds.
We are hiring a VP Investments to sit at the intersection of deal execution, financial engineering, and new product development. This is a front-office role for someone who wants both the pace of investment banking and the ownership of private equity.
The Role
You will lead the investment function across:
Transaction Execution
- Full underwriting, modelling, and diligence
- Deal structuring across SPVs, JV agreements, asset-level financing, and portfolio aggregation
- Negotiation with developers, lenders, and advisors
- Driving transactions from sourcing to closing with precision and speed
Financial Engineering
- Structuring capital stacks for scalability and cost efficiency
- Designing risk-adjusted return profiles for institutional investors
- Working with banks on credit terms, leverage, and refinancing plans
- Building scalable models that support repeatable deployment
Product & Platform Innovation
- Developing new investment products within the shared-ownership and social infrastructure verticals
- Supporting fund architecture, liquidity design, and investor-aligned return mechanisms
- Enhancing the platform’s analytical and reporting frameworks
- Identifying structural arbitrage opportunities and operational efficiencies
This role blends PE-style ownership, IB-style velocity, and structuring-style creativity.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- 7+ years in real estate private equity, investment banking (M&A, LevFin, Structured Finance), capital markets, or a similar front-office environment
- Deep experience with modelling, underwriting, and transaction structuring
- Exposure to structured products, hybrid capital, or securitization concepts is a plus
- Strong ability to run multiple live deals end-to-end
- Clear, concise communication with senior investors, lenders, and counterparties
- Nordic-based (or willing to relocate), with frequent presence in Oslo
