The Role: VP / Head of Growth & Commercial (B2C-Led)
You will design and own the full commercial strategy—from brand narrative and customer acquisition to sales funnels and conversion. This is a role for someone who can create clarity in complexity, inspire trust, and translate a new category into a natural choice for everyday people.
This is a paid role with meaningful equity, offering both stability and ownership in shaping a category-defining company.
What You’ll Lead
Consumer Growth & Acquisition
- Build a high-performance B2C growth engine that attracts, educates, and converts homebuyers across the Nordics.
- Create full-funnel journeys that turn awareness into action.
Commercial & Sales Strategy
- Architect the sales motion from scratch: funnels, scripts, process, and performance metrics.
- Optimize conversion at every stage—from digital inquiries to booked viewings to signed agreements.
Brand Leadership
- Shape a brand that feels warm, human, and unmistakably distinctive.
- Craft campaigns and narratives that help customers understand—and believe in—shared ownership.
Performance & Digital Marketing
- Lead digital acquisition across paid channels, social, SEM/SEO, and email.
- Run experiments, test new channels, and scale what works.
Content & Communication
- Produce compelling Norwegian-language content—videos, guides, explainers, and customer stories—that simplify complexity and build trust.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Build commercial partnerships with brokers, real estate agencies, financial platforms, and comparison sites.
- Ensure Living Impact shows up where customers already search for possibilities.
Team & Culture
- Build and lead a small but exceptionally capable commercial team.
- Promote a culture of clarity, urgency, and imaginative thinking.
Who You Are
- Commercially strong: You know how to design customer journeys that convert—end to end.
- B2C-focused: Experience with consumer funnels in housing, finance, mobility, or other high-consideration categories.
- Sales-savvy: You understand both the psychology and mechanics of conversion.
- Digital-driven: Expert in performance, analytics, and growth experimentation.
- Exceptional communicator: Strong Norwegian writing and storytelling that move people emotionally and practically.
- Creative + strategic: You’re equally comfortable crafting brand narratives and optimizing CAC.
- Entrepreneurial: You operate with ownership, speed, and an instinct for building from zero.
- Purpose-aligned: The mission of making homeownership accessible motivates you deeply.
