The Role: Partner, Capital Strategy
We are seeking a senior capital formation professional to join the firm as Partner, Capital Strategy. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing our fundraising strategy, building and managing relationships with institutional investors, and ensuring alignment between our investment platform and the capital markets.
As a senior member of the management team, the Partner will play a central role in the strategic development of the business, with ownership incentives and performance-linked compensation tied to the long-term success of the platform and its funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Formation: Design and execute a long-term capital raising strategy across multiple vehicles, including real estate funds, co-investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Investor Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, family offices, foundations, and asset managers.
- Fundraising Execution: Lead capital raising processes from start to close, including documentation, investor communications, and diligence management.
- Strategic Positioning: Represent the firm in investor presentations, roadshows, and industry events, ensuring strong positioning and credibility in the market.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and investment team to ensure strategic alignment across capital raising, fund structuring, and deployment.
- Investor Relations: Maintain high standards of transparency and professionalism in ongoing investor communications, reporting, and relationship management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private equity, real estate funds, institutional sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and capital development with institutional investors.
- Deep understanding of real asset investment strategies, fund structuring, and the needs of LPs.
- Strong existing network of investor relationships across the Nordic region and internationally.
- Exceptional communication skills, professional presence, and ability to build trust at the highest levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Based in the Nordic region with regular access to Oslo.
