Living Impact is building the leading shared-ownership platform in the Nordics.
Through Deleiebolig, our shared ownership model, homebuyers can own part of their home and rent the rest — a more realistic way into the market, built for real people, not spreadsheets.

We have projects in motion, capital committed, and partners ready. What we need now is someone who can turn momentum into scale — someone who can build the growth engine that brings thousands of people into a new way of owning a home.

This is not a “brand committee” role.
This is a do the work, see the impact, build the machine role.

The Role: Build the Engine

You will run our marketing and growth efforts end-to-end — from strategy to execution to optimization. You’ll shape how buyers discover shared ownership, how investors understand our platform, and how partners see the opportunity.

You’ll work directly with the founder and senior team, and you’ll own your domain fully. The only KPI here is real impact: awareness, traffic, and qualified leads that move projects, capital, and people forward.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Go-To-Market

  • Translate business goals into concrete marketing plans.
  • Define audiences, positioning, and funnels for both homebuyers and investors.
  • Build and manage a simple, effective marketing calendar that keeps us moving.

Execution & Campaigns

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Build landing pages and funnels (pre-registration, waitlists, investor leads).
  • Keep our website sharp and updated (Webflow or similar).
  • Own email marketing: newsletters, nurturing flows, investor updates.

Content & Brand Presence

  • Create clear, relevant content in Norwegian across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Write posts, emails, articles, and case stories that people actually read.
  • Support with decks and materials for investors, partners, and customers.

Data & Optimization

  • Track channel performance and understand what’s working.
  • Report clearly, adjust quickly, avoid vanity metrics.
  • Test new ideas, new channels, new formats — double down on what moves.

General

  • Collaborate across product, sales, and fundraising.
  • Manage freelancers or agencies when needed.
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves — if it matters, you do it.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Are:

  • 3–6 years into your marketing career, with hands-on experience in digital/growth/performance.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and able to write crisp, natural copy.
  • Strong operator in:
    • Meta & Google Ads
    • LinkedIn campaigns (bonus)
    • Email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
    • CMS tools (Webflow, WordPress)
    • Basic design tools (Canva, Figma)
  • Comfortable owning budgets and being measured on results.
  • Analytical, structured, and fast — perfectionism can wait until after launch.
  • Interested in real estate, finance, proptech, or impact.
  • Independent and reliable — you thrive in a startup environment.
  • Based in or near Oslo.
