Digital Marketing Manager (Junior–Mid-Level) | Living Impact

Location: Oslo, Norway (Hybrid/Flexible)
Start: As soon as possible
Compensation: Project-based / Part-time contract initially, with potential for a full-time role and equity

Living Impact is on a mission to make homeownership possible for more people.

We are building the leading shared ownership platform in the Nordics. Our model helps first-time buyers and families own part of their home, while renting the rest – a smarter, more affordable path to ownership.

We are now scaling fast, with a growing pipeline of real estate projects, committed capital from investors, and partnerships with Norway’s top developers. We need an energetic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help bring our message to the right people — and get things done.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is early in their marketing career and wants to take on real responsibility in a startup that is making a difference. You will support day-to-day execution across all marketing activities – from social media and newsletters to content and simple campaign work. You will be the engine behind our visibility and storytelling, working closely with the founder and senior team.

You do not need to have a fancy title. You need to care about the mission, get things out the door, and be ready to grow with us.

What You Will Do

  • Run our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and keep them active with relevant, Norwegian-language content
  • Help write and edit content (posts, emails, presentations, blog articles, customer stories, etc.)
  • Coordinate newsletters and email campaigns to our growing community
  • Update and maintain our website (text, images, blog) – we use Webflow or similar CMS
  • Support on events, webinars, or partnerships with collaborators
  • Analyze basic metrics from campaigns, website, and social media to see what is working
  • Help plan and execute small campaigns to attract homebuyers and investors
  • Be a flexible doer. No task is too small if it helps us grow.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Are

  • A recent marketing graduate or have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or communications
  • Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and comfortable writing short texts, posts, or emails in a casual tone
  • Interested in real estate, startups, or social impact
  • Curious and eager to learn — and not afraid to ask questions or try new tools
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, or even basic CMS systems
  • Independent, reliable, and like seeing things move forward
  • Based in or near Oslo

What We Offer

  • A seat at the table in a fast-growing startup with real social impact
  • Flexible setup: Start part-time or as a consultant/freelancer. Potential for full-time as we scale.
  • Hands-on learning: You will be exposed to all parts of the business and get to work directly with founders.
  • Equity or future compensation: We are fundraising now – early contributors will be rewarded.
  • A mission that matters: We are solving a real problem for a new generation of homebuyers.
