To support this next phase, we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the customer experience and ensure every homebuyer feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey.
This is not a traditional support role. This is frontline execution with real responsibility.
The Role
You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers, our partners, and our product.
The mission is straightforward: ensure every person who interacts with Living Impact gains clarity, trust, and a seamless path from first conversation to move-in.
You will:
- Guide customers through the shared-ownership journey — from first inquiry to handing over keys.
- Explain our model in a clear, grounded, and human way.
- Manage onboarding, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with developers and partners.
- Spot friction points early and help drive improvements in product, processes, and communication.
- Track customer progress with precision — making sure nothing gets lost along the way.
- Build trust with homebuyers navigating one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales as we scale our pre-sale engine.
This is a hands-on role where real, operational excellence matters more than buzzwords.

- Comfortable managing many customers at once — and doing it with care.
- Able to move quickly without compromising quality.
- Proactive: you see what needs attention before anyone asks.
- Confident working with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven workflows.
- Motivated by helping people make better long-term financial and housing decisions.
Experience in real estate, banking, customer success, or proptech is valuable — but mindset, attitude, and execution matter most.
